Does every user get their own temporary room?
Yes, when join-to-create is configured and users join the correct hub channel.
Can users rename and lock their rooms?
Yes. Owner controls include rename, lock, unlock, hide, reveal, and limit tools.
Do we need the interface panel?
No. It is optional, but it makes controls easier for members.
What should we test after setup?
Run a full check: room creation, rename, lock/unlock, transfer, and cleanup flow.
